History

History & Social Studies

Comprehensive, In-depth, and Inclusive
Cyprus teaches the span of history over a 6 year period, and all students in the school study the same time periods synchronously.  We purposefully connect other subjects, especially music, art, and literature with our history studies.  Our youngest students enjoy an experiential and hands-on history class, while our oldest students enjoy serious study, discussion, and analysis of the time period they studying.  We work to ensure an accurate and inclusive study of the past.
