Admissions Meeting

Families begin the admissions process by contacting us to schedule an admissions meeting.  During the admissions meeting, you will meet with the Director to  answer your questions and provide valuable information about Cyprus Classical Academy.

Applications are submitted after the admissions meeting.  When your application is complete, we will contact you to schedule a student visit day.  Financial Assistance applications may be completed at the same time as applications for admission.

Visit Day​

 Student Visit Day and Interview

Prospective online and on-site students will be scheduled to attend Cyprus Classical Academy for the day.  They will be assigned a buddy to shadow for the day to  experience a school day at Cyprus. Students will also meet with the Director for a one-on-one interview.  Depending on the extent of the information we have received with the application, we also may conduct further assessments on the visit day. 

We schedule a meeting with parents at the end of the visit day, to discuss the visit day and answer any questions.

Admissions Decision

Admissions Decision

After the visit day is complete, our admissions committee will review your child's application and the information we gathered during their visit day and interview and will send an admissions decision.  This process can take 1-2 weeks, but can be expedited for families who need to start immediately.

If a family has applied for financial assistance, the financial assistance determination will be sent along with the admissions decision.  Families must accept the offer to enroll within a given time frame in order to keep their spot for the school year.
